[Nfb-science] Need Advice: Environmental Science Course

My name is Tina Hansen, and I decided to sign up for this list because I'm about to take an environmental science course out at my local community college. I have asked students for suggestions, but I figured that some of you may have taken courses like this, and that you might have suggestions for dealing with labs. I should be OK with the text and lectures, but am not sure how to deal with labs. If anyone has suggestions for tools and techniques that I might be able to use, I'm all ears.

By the way, I only need this course to complete a degree and am not planning on it as a profession. However, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.
