With respect, what do you mean by the following: " ameture radio connection
via program encoding using morse code, access to citizen band radio
transmitions via an audio hosting program"? I don't see anything referring
to a RF transmitter in the foregoing and both amateur radio and CB obviously
require radio transmitters -- unless you're talking about EchoLink for
amateur radio, in which case, one must have a valid ham license and have
installed and validated the EchoLink program on his/her PC.

I confess that it's hard to escape the notion that you've strung a whole
bunch of jargon and nonsense together in clever fashion to *look* plausible.
But insofar as I can see, at least some of this means absolutely nothing.
