[Nfb-science] Any Quick Skype Help: Looking for Fast Response

Hi All,
  I am just getting on Skype and I am trying to figure out how to use video. If anyone can help, I need to learn this by tomorrow, so am a little desperate. Any assistance for no vision would be fabulous.
