[NFB-Science] Eutectic compound

Hi, everyone. I am going for an interview at the pharmacy school of my choice later this week, and the dean  wants to talk with me after the regular interview process about ways of making the lab procedures accessible. One thing he brought up that he does not think I can work with is creating and or detecting eutectic compounds. Although I have a minor in chemistry, I never came across this before. Does anyone have any ideas how this type of procedure can be made accessible?
