Hello John,



I am sending you the S&E Division financial spreadsheet for 2019-20, as well as the Word file of my treasurer’s report which I will read at the division meeting on Thursday, July 16.  Please note that I have not included scholarship donation numbers since I don’t have them.  Please insert these into the treasurer’s report.  As of July 15, I will be closing the division’s checking account at M&T Bank which we have had since I became treasurer in 2006.  I will ask M&T Bank to issue a bank check for the remaining funds made payable to NFB.  I will then send this check to the NFB national office.



As I told you earlier, my decision to cease being the treasurer is strictly a personal one.  I simply think it is the right time for me.  My time as treasurer has been extremely enjoyable and I look forward to remaining an active member of this division.



As of this moment I still don’t know how to register for the division meeting, pay my $5 dues and donate to the scholarship fund.  Please send me this information.  Thank you.  I will be at the division meeting on Thursday.

 Hello Louis, would you send the treasurers report to Nfb – Science? I understand that I left some fields blank but I do not think that the scholarship pledge information needs to be included in the treasures report. Thank you for sending this document out. This will help with the approving of the report at the time of the business meeting. Very best, John
