Hello Chelsea:

     I suggest you do the following:
1. Contact the transcribing agency and see if they have the files used to create your hardcopy books. The resule will determine the cost of replacing a book if you need to.
2. Since you are using the books in your business, they ought to be insurable.
3. If necessary, try calling them rare editions. You might be able to get a rider on a policy to cover them.
