[NFB-Science] Serial monitor in Arduino IDE 1.8.19 JAWS2024

Hello all, 
Is the serial monitor feature in ide version 1.8.19 accessible with JAWS?
This feature does not seem to be working for me. 
If not, is there a script to install or would it be accessible with NVDA?
