The CODE Program is a 24-month early-career technology program designed for individuals with up to two years of relevant experience who are ready to build technical skills, contribute to meaningful work, and grow their careers. Participants receive hands-on experience, structured development, mentorship, and exposure to technology teams across Wells Fargo.

Attendance at the Spotlight Call is informational only and not required to apply for the CODE Program. Candidates who choose to apply for CODE opportunities can expect the following selection process:

2.	Qualified candidates receive a HackerRank coding assessment 

*	Candidates who completed a Wells Fargo HackerRank assessment within the past 180 days may have their prior score applied.
