Louis, are you kidding me? Has anybody in NFB actually filled out this form to pay dues and gotten it right? Even with Carolyn's help I keep getting a "declined" notice with no explanation. I have no idea why they will not take my 
$5 but I have spent at least an hour trying to make it work and I have no intention of trying it again. If you want me to join the division I'm happy to put a $5 bill or a check in an envelope and send it to you. I'll be in Germany or the Czech 
Republic, not in Austin.
