'Mi bad, I did not see the Android inclusion last night.

The best training we have, although I would be glad to step in with any
demo, are our podcasts, along withother Android podcasts by blind folks.

Each podcast features an accessible app demonstrated, a setting, then some
one talking about their Android Journey, what brought them to the Android
platform. I gave my story in Episode 14. Sometimes, the unboxing of a new
device is featured, and this can include phones on other operating systems,
like the KaiOS.

At any rate, here is the information.

you can listen to the latest episode and all previous episodes by visiting,
www.blindandroidusers.com or.

or use any podcast player apps, smart speakers, victor reader devices or any
internet connected playback capable device to listen.
in this most recent episode.
.	We wish our Bangladeshi listeners an incredibly happy 50th
Independence Day.
.	We also wish all the listeners who celebrate the festival of Holi.
we have 2 new guides on our website, to see all our guides, visit.

if you want to submit a guide, and have your name/website in the list of
authors/contributers send the guides to.
contactus at blindandroidusers.com
we accept guides on all technology's not only android.
.	We discuss last week's Announcement from OnePlus which covered its
series 9 phones as well as a new watch.
Android basics
This week, it is all about phone dialers.
In Focus
This week, we feature episode 2 of our series on romming, in which Austin
demonstrates how to unlock the boot loader.
Commentary basics
We start a new series on the popular screen reader Commentary, with a demo
brought to us by Mariam.
App of the week
Following on from our file management feature last week, Kareen Kiwan
demonstrates the powerful CX File Explorer.
My Android Journey
Finally, we are joined live by Yannick Plassiard who takes us through his
Android Journey.

Training Opportunity Upcoming Event: Learn about Smart Phone Accessibility
Features

Miss Judy ... M O G Frowning face with one eyebrow raised... Did you read
the below notice of what was to be covered? Here is the key line:

3:30 p.m. ET to learn more about iOS and Android smart phone accessibility
features.

M O G Face half turned away, with up turned grin... Judy if you read the
notice, I'm hoping your question is not a statement of mistrust.

Thought: You know what I would like to see? True- A call with someone like
you giving a demo of using your Android phone. Run it through several of the
accessible features, using some of the general apps that the IOS person
uses everyday; Email program, texting, web browser, BARD, etc. It is sad to
say, but most of we IOS users have never touched an Android phone. Yeah, me
with my Polaris Mini notetaker, I do use a few Android apps, and like them.
So please, think about this as a proposal for you to setup a Zoom meeting,
or we arrange it ... some way. And I am not asking that this be a training
event, but a good strong demonstration.

Respectfully yours,
Robert Leslie Newman
