hello,

Facebook has an actual spot called marketplace. You can buy and sell items, vehicles homes, electronics knickknacks housewares  etc. When you select categories you can go all the way down to the bottom the last item you can select is… Get help on marketplace.

I personally have not used this to sell or purchase items. Although I have family and friends that use this marketplace. I was told it is easy to use.
