Hi You All

RE: True a quick and simple method to spell check a Word document; very
uncomplicated!

I got this from an email I am subscribed to- Top Tech Tidbits; and this
initially came from the JAWS folks.

Use Quick Keys in Word to navigate through your spelling errors.

These are the JAWS commands:

m1. When in a Word document, press INSERT+Z to toggle Quick Keys on. This
enables you to navigate to specific elements using letters on the keyboard
without typing these letters into your document.

2. Press M to navigate forward through the misspelled words one at a time.
Focus will be on the first letter of the word. JAWS reads the misspelled
word and the sentence containing it.

3. Press SHIFT+M to navigate backward through the misspelled words.

4. When on a misspelled word, use the Windows commands SHIFT+F10 or the
APPLICATIONS KEY to open a context menu.

Press DOWN ARROW to navigate through suggestions.

Press ENTER on a suggestion to select it and correct the misspelling.

5. Alternatively, use the Windows command ALT+F7 for a list of suggestions,
then press ENTER on one to select it.

When you press one of these keyboard commands, Quick Keys will automatically
toggle off.

Press INSERT+Z to toggle them on and continue navigating using M and
SHIFT+M.

The Power of JAWS!

Respectfully yours,

Robert Leslie Newman
