Hi You All

(Some of you may already know both of these techniques.)

Yes, here are to common sense alternatives. and these work for sighted
people too! Bet you have the items needed are already in your kitchen.

--Preventing a kettle from boiling over. it works every time:;this works on
all sizes of kettles

-Step1- fill the kettle with water: as full as you want; you will not be
using the kettles lid. Note- this may work for any liquid; I've not needed
to try.

-Step2- Place the kettle on the burner and turn up the heat to "HOT"; as
high as it goes.

-Step3 Right after turning up the heat, place a wooden spoon across the
mouth of the kettle; position the spoon so that it is basically dividing the
kettle in two equal halves. Note: you can add in your food item at whatever
time which is recommended for the dish you are preparing; before it starts
to boil or any time later. If you take the spoon off to add in your food
stuff, and/or to stir, remember to replace it to finish the boiling

-Step4- Set a timer. For example- I love hard boiled eggs. And so I set my
timer for 15 minutes. And hey, the timer needs to be your signal to come and
pull the kettle off the burner , remove the spoon and drain your kettle. And
if you space off the timing, your water will all boil away and your food
stuff will start to burn!

--Easy and very complete removal of Pet hair:

-Step1- Put on a pair of rubber gloves! The type people use to wash dishes.

-Step2- Figuring out your method for cleaning the area you want to make free
from hair: for Example: a couch- Think about this. you are going to use your
hands which now are covered with a rubbery glove which has a techture that
when dragged across the fabric of your couch, it will catch hair and drag it
to whereever it is that you are wanting to collect a pile of hair, prior to
when it is that you wish to pick up that stack, and drop it into a paper
sack or some container.

Another tactic I will employ, is to have a glove on one had and as I swipe
my gloved hand through an area, I'll clean the hair off that gloved hand
with the bare hand.

Respectfully Yours,
