<p class="MsoNormal">I tested the below instructions using Office 365, but they probably work with other versions of Outlook.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">I suggest you have your signature in a Word document and copy it to the clipboard. I say this because I have had problems with JAWS reading the signature editor in the past.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">With Outlook open, do the following:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Press Alt F.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Down Arrow to options. If you get More Options instead, then press Enter on that then down arrow to Options and press Enter again.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Down arrow to Mail.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Tab to signatures and press Enter.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Tab to New and press Enter. You should be asked to type a name for the signature. Type the name and press Enter.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Start pressing tab and you should have combo boxes where you can choose which signature new messages and replies use. Make sure the signature you just named is selected for both combo boxes if you
want your signature to be there all of the time.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">If you keep pressing Tab, you will get to the box where you can type the signature. You can either type it in or paste it from a Word document.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Tab to OK and press Enter.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto">Press Escape to get out of the signature options.<o:p></o:p></p>
