I gave up on the dymo plastic labels because even after creating the text for the label, I had a terrible time trying to get the backing off the label. I would recommend using regular notebook paper. All through high school, college, a teaching career, rehab instructor, then busy mom, I used a standard spiral notebook you get at the store.
