I know nothing about the game, but an abacus is great for scoring. I think the NFB store still sells them. One bead for 5 and 4 one beads. If none are pushed down, it is zero!
Easy to add and subtract.

Subject: [nfb-talk] Adapting the game of Bunco
Does anyone have any suggestions for adapting scorekeeping in the game of Bunco? I want players to be independent. Slates would hold up the game.
I'm thinking magnets or sticky things. I want the game to be fast moving and fun so people can see that even though their blind they can still join a Bunco group and have fun.
