[nfb-talk] [Bulk] Permit To Carry

My curiosity here is about the class you have to go through before the
permit is issued, be it a professional or nonprofessional permit.  One of
the modules in the class deals with firing the weapon.  I was wondering if
anyone knew of a person (especially one who is totally blind) who was able
to complete the training class.
