[nfb-talk] versions of the book

I am sure it will be available in an audio and Braille version.  I would
prefer that part of the audio process would be to create an Audible book.
This will only happen if enough people order the hard cover version now so
the major sellers see that there is significant interest in the book.  I
expect there will also be a Blio version.

Actually I am sure there will be a Braille version from the NLSs, but Thomas
Nelson Publishers doesn't do Braille.  The cover of the book will have
Thunder Dog in Braille, however.  Fear not.  Braille will be there.
