I have had dogs bark at themselves in a mirror.
One of my dogs hated it when we would go try on new outfits because it 
didn't like the dog in the mirror.
Then you had to reassure the person all was well, the dog was just 
telling me about the dog in the mirror.
Then they would laugh.
