iTunes is very accessible with JAWS. I have been using iTunes with JAWS for 
almost three years now; ever since Apple made iTunes accessible with JAWS. 
If you would like some additional help, National Braille Press sells a book 
on using iTunes/iPod's with JAWS. I bought it back in February and it was 
most helpful.
