[nfb-talk] The PAC Plan

Hello everyone.  I was writing to see if there was a way to get on the PAC plan 
from the NFB Web Site.  I want to help our state of Kentucky eventually be 
number one on the list of staes that are on the plan.  I have to admit, when 
Scott LaBarre read the list of states, I was depressed to see our state so low 
on the list.
