One more question,
Did you get the metal tipped one or the nylon tipped one? Both versions are
for sale at the Independence Market.

My 10 yr old prefers his straight cane most of the time but there are
situations where a collapsible one does come in handy.  He disliked the old
style telescoping one for the common reasons, then the stopper fell apart
which put it out to pasture.  Aluminum folding canes are heavy plus the
joints get sticky, often he can't get it apart by himself.
