You have to create an account at ww.webvisum.com. When you apply for an 
account, be sure to mention that you are blind. When I applied, they 
rejected my appliccation the first time because I didn't give a specific 
reason for wanting an account.

Once you have an account, you have to install their plugin for firefox. 
When you've done that, you will be able to hit a hotkey combination to solve 
the captcha. It puts the captcha solution inot the clipboard and you can 
paste it into the answer box on the form.
