[nfb-talk] Thoughts on new carbon/fiber telescoping cane

Hi all:  I got this new creature a couple days ago.  Thus far, I'm very
dissatisfied with it.  As I travel along on either concrete or other
surfaces, the feel is spongy to me.  Also, I've had it start to collapse
twice.  This is really no better than the previous cane.

I do like the idea of not having that cap on the top.
