I agree; forms need to be labeled so new visitors know and you would have to 
ask someone what to fill in if it wasn't labeled.

While understand that, not labeling the feilds should not at all be 
overlooked.  Just suppose a visitor to the sight did not know what you just 
told us?  This oversight does need to be dealt with.
