The Jernigan Scholarship Fund awards assistance to first time convention 
attendees. Keep watching the Braille Monitor; I'd say it's the best place 
for info on applying and requirements.
Possibly your affiliate would have other recommendations?

I didn't get the banquet last night, I was doing a ladies night that I
do with serotek.
I really was pleased how the streaming went when it got started.
Now I would love to go to next years convention, how can I get this
started with help?
