Nope, it’s like paid AT&T wifi hotspots.  You have a captured portal 
login.  You create a username and password, attach it to your credit 
card number, start the service, and then you’re good until you stop 
using it for awhile.  Then it flushes you from the cache and you get 
to sign on again.

The billing is $6 per hour or $10 per day.  There’s an "enhanced" for 
$13 that supposedly gets cheaper each day—12, 13, 7, 5, 3, etc.  but 
as I only used one day of paid service I didn’t investigate that.
