many comparable organizations use interactive systems to get members
involved such as sending emails to legislators to lobby for issues that are
being considered. This would be a way to get greater participation from
people at home who for various reasons are unable to attend conventions or
address issues in person. This may need to be explored by the governmental
affairs section as well as implementing the technological aspects. Chuck
