[nfb-talk] New List for Virginia Affiliate

I am pleased to be able to announce a new list on nfbnet.org.  It is 
the NFBV-Discuss list and is for the Virginia affiliate.  This is a 
two-way discussion list, unlike the affiliate's other "announce-only" 
lists.  The purpose of the list is:

The purpose of this list is for the general discussion of topics of 
interest to the NFB of Virginia, the NFB, and blind persons.
