She would need to be legally blind within the definition of legal blindness.  That is, as I understand it, as follows.
Vision of not greater than 20 over 200 in the better eye with correction and not subtending an angle of 20 degrees.  IF she meets that criteria, she's legally blind; and, therefore, should be able to run for president.  IF not, than no.
