What does the chapter constitution say? Does she meet those requirements?

Diane McGeorge's husband Ray drove a car for most of his life, but he still
was a blind guy.

VP?

My daughter has been involved with NFB since she was very small. She has
been chapter secretary and now wants to be treasurer. She asked why she is
not allowed to run for President or Vice-president, since she is technically
blind from surgery to remove congenital cataracts shortly after birth. She
can, with correction, drive a car, but she does have visual limitations on
her license. Under the criterion NFB has in place, could she run for chapter
president or vice-president? I thank you for your input.
