[nfb-talk] Announcement: FTC's Identity Theft Program for the Blind and Visually Impaired

I wonder why we need a program for the blind.  I doubt we're more apt to
have identity theft happen to us than any other group of people.

One wonders why there has to be an exclusive forum on identification theft
for the blind.  Identity theft is identity theft, no matter whether you can
see or not.
