Is it even relevant to considertraining are well established and can work
well. What we need to do is to get good successful blind leaders with the
appropriate knowledge into leadership positions in these schools.

could find the money to create a guide dog school if it were sensible to do
so. However, one does not learn travel while obtaining a guide dog. The
