As am I Mark.  Frankly, (and mind you I'd love to hear from Mike and the other leadership on this one) I wonder if perhaps we aren't being a wee bit too sensitive about this.  Now, of course, it goes without saying that stuff like "Good and Evil" was not good and deserved what we gave it:  still and all, I feel that Mark has some very salient points to make.
