If its melatonin or melatonin related, it does indeed help with circadian 
rhythm disorders. For some, those who have trouble sleeping or those that 
have seasonal effective disorders it can help. Watch it though, it used to 
be that it was thaught to help sexual disfunction as well. This isn't 
necessarily true. Unless the only issue has to do with depression or sleep. 
Did a paper on it a number of years ago.
