[nfb-talk] Trouble with my Mac!

Hi all!
I'm having issues with my Mac.
For some reason, I accidentally hit command option F5 instead of
Command F5 to turn Voiceover back on after shutting down by command
option Q.
Now, it won't let me shut down by using command option Q anymore, I
have to shut down manually.
Also, when I log in now, instead of me being able to turn Voiceover on
by command F5, it's already on while the Mac makes a weird noise, and
when I log back in, I have to hold the keys down for a few seconds to
type in my password, because of a delay.
How can I fix this?
