[nfb-talk] huckster room at national con--ODIN phone

Josh,

The Odin phone is a specialized smartphone built for the blind, but with a simpler interface than the iPhone or Android phones. It was developed by a company here in Maryland whose CEO spoke at our state convention last year. I think it was made to appeal to seniors and other blind people who do not want the learning curve associated with touch screen phones. I haven't had the opportunity to play with this phone and have no opinion on it. For more information please read the May Monitor article.
