[nfb-talk] Creating an O and m email discussion list

Generally, for me to establish a list, the request needs to come from 
an already-established NFB division, committee etc. Or, there needs 
to be a demonstrated level of interest.  I am sorry, but one or two 
people wanting it, isn't enough.
