[nfb-talk] Medical feeding tube not accessible to a member

In recent years, Congress has given us an improved ADA and the 
Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act. The 
Supreme Court signed off on accessible currency. I don't think the 
political climate is anywhere near the impediment to progress that you 
make it out to be.
