[nfb-talk] Barbecuing with charcoal as a totally blind person

We have alwalys had gas, but I know several do use the charcoal; we chose 
gas because is cleaner and quicker, but I love the taste of grilled food 
over charcoal.  At the National Center, they use charcoal all the time, and 
use mits to handle it when necessary.
