[nfb-talk] Here he comes...

Mr. Trump isn't a saint, but let those among us who are without sin cast the first stone! I don't think the other person should have called anyone a dumbass, no matter how violently he disagrees! While I think you're totally wrong, I will still stand for your right to your opinion, no matter how wrong I think it is. My girlfriend also voted for trump, and she's against the mistreatment of women, as am I! But where have the politicians been, who will not pass an equal pay for equal work law, for women, as well as the disabled. Yes, there may be a slim chance I'll be affected, but the issues facing our country are such, I have not, in good conscience, been able to vote for a democrat since Jimmy Carter; and I wasn't old enough to vote in that election, or, I would have voted for Carter back then.

But this is exactly the problem. Trump calls names and makes fun of people with disabilities. He grabs women. He tweets rather than having press conferences. And this encourages behavior such as calling women dumb asses. The problem is that trumps abominable behave behavior gives permission for similar behavior by others. As a psychotherapist I am especially concerned with trumps wish to utilize his daughter in the role of first lady that's essentially sanctioning incest.
