You need to provide some facts here. You can't just say, "Obamacare is 
failing" and expect the rest of us to believe it. You got any actual 
facts to back that up?  And Every system has problems. ByBut that's not 
the same as "failing". Again, it's like saying your car has failed when 
it runs out of gas.
