It is going to depend on how the driver is insured, f insured, and if driver
is driving their personal vehicle or yours, then how you are insured.

Subject: [nfb-talk] Question about hiring drivers

Hi, all.

Got a question for folks who have had experience hiring drivers. If a blind
person hires a driver, not as a full-time employee, like a chauffeur, but to
help occasionally with errands, and they get into an accident, does the
blind person have any liability? Thanks.

Beth
