There is also this service called Amazon Fresh. We have been using it
for years to buy and deliver groceries to our doorstep. They can even
come in and put everything directly into your fridge if you want them
to. As with instacart you do all your shopping online, I think they
have an IPhone app too. It's not available everywhere whough.

And also I've heard about yet another service called Safeway delivery.
We never tried it though.
