They don't make it easy.  After much digging around on their web site, I 
found an e-mail address, but it wasn't easy, and I can't now tell you 
where I found it -- it was a couple levels deep, at least.  They try not 
to deal with individuals, just large numbers of people at once, with 
general answers.
