[NFB-Talk] forehead thermometers?

I hate to say it, but in checking around, none of these seem to be available right now and not for some time later this year, maybe.  I don't understand exactly why though.

Hi everybody. 
My husband is an essential worker going on-sight to work everyday. 
He wants a forehead thermometer ideally one that talks. 
He says ILA and Amazon don’t seem to sell any almost like they don’t exist while including the speech capability. 
Is this correct? If so, why? 
If we’re wrong, please send me some links.
