[NFB-Talk] cleaning up audio file

Hey,

I'm looking for someone who knows how to do some basic background noise
removal from an audio file.  It's an interview with my grandmother that was
originally an audio cassette and is now an mp3.

There's just lots of background noise and hiss that I'm sure could be
removed with a cleaner like reafir in reaper but I don't know how to do it.
