Good Morning,
The National Federation of the Blind of Iowa would like to welcome you to
our 2024 State Convention October 18-20 in Urbandale Iowa, a suburb of Des
Moines. I find visiting other state conventions fun, informative, and
rewarding, and I think you might, too.
Our National Representative this year will be President Riccobono, and we
will have sessions for seniors, students, parents, and more. We are
gathering history of NFBI past, and also have a selection of exhibitors who
will be at the convention, including technology vendors.
There will be door prizes and baked goods will be auctioned off.
To learn more or register, please visit
nfbi.org/convention <http://nfbi.org/convention>
We have one additional opportunity for anyone and everyone that does not
require attending our convention. Thanks to HumanWare, a sponsor of this
year's convention, we will be holding a drawing during the convention for
someone to win a Victor Reader Stream 3. In order to enter your name into
the drawing, please complete the <https://nfbi.org/victor-stream-drawing>
Victor Stream drawing entry form. Each donation in the amount of $10 will
give you a chance to potentially win the Victor Stream 3. You do not need to
be present at the banquet in order to win. If you have any questions
regarding the form, please contact me.
