Good afternoon,

We are getting ready to hold our Iowa State convention. It will be held
October 18-20/2024. We are going to have a drawing for a Victor Reader
Stream 3. You need not be present to win. The drawing will be held on
October 20th, during our banquet. If you are the lucky winner, You will be
contacted by me. Please fill out the form completely. For a donation of
$10.00, you have a chance to win this awesome item. Just fill in the amount
you wish to donate, and that is how many chances you will be entered for.
