[NFB-Talk] Revisiting Dog Show Idea

Sometime back, I posted the seed of an idea I've been incubating in my head.
I know that while Westminster is the big dog show every year, most local dog
shows are nothing like it.
My idea was, and still is, some form of audio guide that could be used at a
dog show, especially if there isn't an announcer at a local show. I envision
either a self-contained device much like those at museums, an app, or maybe
both.
The device would have information about all the dog breeds recognized by the
American Kennel Club, and you'd either use 3-digit codes to retrieve the
breed information, or through AI, the app would retrieve it based on the dog
show. The information could be on the screen, but it could also be narrated
so you'd be able to focus on the dogs.
I envision this as a tool for anyone at a dog show, with or without
disabilities. Anyone with print disabilities would benefit from the breed
information being narrated, but anyone who wants to look at the dogs and not
their screen would also benefit.
I know this is just an idea and it's still messy, but that's what I have in
mind. Does anyone have ideas on who I might contact to help me flesh out
this idea? Thanks.
